Jennifer Fredricks' reflections on Chilean food

Dinners have been wonderful and from all corners of the world. The combinations of cultures are evident in dishes such as this one...scallops in coral sauce. We had dinner in a French restaurant but the amazing seafood of Chile was the main course in this dish.
